Trusted With One of the County's Most Solemn Moments
Full-scale staging, lighting, and LED production for a law enforcement memorial service, built inside an aircraft hangar for Indian River County.
The Challenge
When Indian River County lost a sheriff's deputy in the line of duty, the department needed a memorial service built on short notice and run without a single misstep: a government agency, a grieving department, and a community all watching the same room.
Our Approach
We converted an aircraft hangar into a full memorial venue, staging, lighting, a large-format LED wall, sound, and seating for the department and public, and ran every cue of the ceremony ourselves so county leadership and the department could be present for the moment instead of managing production.
The Results
The service ran exactly as planned, full seating, a complete AV and lighting production, and a venue that gave the department and the community the ceremony this moment deserved. Indian River County trusted us with one of the most important days it produced that year, and it ran flawlessly.
