LED Video Wall & Live Camera Production for Treasure Coast Oktoberfest, Fort Pierce, FL
A 20-foot LED wall with live camera switching and LED poster signage for the German American Club of the Treasure Coast's 25th annual Oktoberfest in Fort Pierce, FL.
The Challenge
For the German American Club of the Treasure Coast's 25th annual Oktoberfest, LCP Multimedia produced the visuals inside the festival's 11,000 sq ft tent at Causeway Cove Marina in Fort Pierce, FL, the club's first year at its new, larger home. Over three days, October 9–11, 2026, more than 1,000 guests watched the stage on a 20-foot LED wall with live camera shots, framed by LED posters around the tent.
Our Approach
The main stage ran on a 36-panel P3.9 LED wall, 12 panels wide by 3 high, about 20 ft × 10 ft, flown on truss behind the stage. Two Canon PTZ cameras were switched live, sending shots of the stage straight to the wall, while 12 LED posters lined the sides of the tent. A full crew, live video operator, switcher/producer, and stagehands, covered all three days, plus delivery and load-in/out.
The Results
Over three days, more than 1,000 guests watched a 20-foot LED wall carry live camera shots of the stage, framed by a tent lined with LED posters, LCP's first show at the club's new home at Causeway Cove Marina.
